Let's Get Started!
Each week we will review charting, previous week's exercises, food and nutrition - make a copy of the food diary so you can duplicate it and use each week - it's completely fillable online or can be printed.

You will also receive an educational piece and handouts along with a lesson to complete and a visualization or meditation.

We will be using the information you provide to determine supplements and what we need to tweek for your personal goals and desires.  This program will be designed according to your personal hormone and fertility concerns and issues.

We will meet every two or three weeks, whichever works for your schedule.  We will review all the materials you received in between appointments.

If at anytime you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me so we can talk about them.

Along the way we will evaluate nutritional protocols and supplement as needed.  I have spent years researching supplements and protocols.  I love the supplements we will be using.  We will be able to design protocols that are most helpful for your unique situation.  I use the products and feel very confident using them with my clients.  Previously it was challenging to get everything in one place.  We will be able to address your specific needs.

So - let's get started with some materials you can start to use before the program begins!  Here are some materials that may be helpful to you on this journey!

My goal for you is to be empowered on this journey - together we will unravel your unique hormone and fertility issues and develop a plan of action that will be specific to your needs and goals.

Here is a Fertility Meditation for you to listen to.  Come back and listen whenever you would like.
Do These First
Circle of Life - Print out this exercise-it will help you get clear on where the imbalances are in your life.  Do this exercise at the beginning of this program and again at the end.
Re-imagining Your Best Health - This exercise will help create a vision for your best health and life.  You can use your journal to record your answers for each question.
Daily Mantra - Use this guide daily.  You can choose a new I AM word daily or use the same one throughout the program or choose one for the week.  See what you are guided to do!  Affirmations are powerful!
Sleep and Stress Protocol - Here is your protocol.  You should have the two oils to use with this - if you do not they will be arriving shortly.  Stress is a major factor in hormone and fertility issues.  The more stress you are under, the more cortisol you will be producing.  This can also affect your sleep.  Try this protocol and see how you feel!
Guides and Journals
Here are some journals and guides for you to use.  They are completely downloadable and fillable online.  Print out if you like to write in journals or download and fill out online.

Your Gratitude Journal - This fertility journey can be very challenging and stressful.  Being in gratitude every day for what is going right and all the things you have can be helpful along the way.  Use this journal to record your daily gratitudes.

Your Fertility Journal This is a 3-month fertility journal where you can record gratitude, affirmations, foods and notes on your journey all in one place.

Fertility Affirmation E-Book - Use this for daily affirmations - you can work through the book page by page or randomly choose affirmations - read the affirmation and record how that affirmation is making you feel.

Here is a copy of your Program Guide you can refer to.

Use this Food Diary to record your daily foods.  By keeping track of what you are taking in, you can see where you can make changes and add new foods to your daily intake.  Keep track of water intake, exercise and goals also.  The diary includes information for seven days at a time.  Make a copy and use the copy to record multiple weeks.  This information will be helpful as we look at what is or is not working for you.


Organize Your Files
There will be lots of information provided and it may be helpful to organize all of it.  You could set up files for Welcome, Module 1, Module 2, Module 3, Module 4 and Follow-up.  You could further break them down adding weeks 1-4 for each module.  You could also add a file for your guides and journals.  These are just suggestions - organize the material the way it works for you!
Resources
Here is a list of helpful resources for gathering information for tracking your cycle - there are resources for recording progesterone, estrogen, LH surges and temperature charting.  If any of these are of interest to you, let me know and I have discount codes you can use.

Kindara - Kindara is a free app that allows you to chart temperatures, cervical mucous along with other fertility markers - you can add defining info for anything important to your tracking - i.e. moods, foods, pain, etc.  You can share your charts with me so we can talk about the information your charting is showing.  You can do this by clicking the three dots on the bottom right corner - choose share and put in my email for this - oceanwaves2310@yahoo.com.  I will get notified that you have shared it and we can review during your appointments.  I can help you set up the defining information you would like to record.  Temps, cervical mucous and LH surges are all needed to see if the timing of ovulation is accurate.

Proov - Proov is an at-home testing system that allows you to see where your hormones are throughout your whole cycle.  Knowing this information can be helpful for pinpointing hormone levels and knowing when ovulation has occurred.

Mira - Mira, like Proov, is an at-home testing system that allows you to see where your hormones are throughout your whole cycle.  Again, knowing this information can be helpful for pinpointing hormone levels and knowing when ovulation has occurred.

Tempdrop - Tempdrop is an all-in-one fertility monitor.  Tempdrop brings the full fertility tracking solution to your smartphone. Whether you are looking to increase your chances of conceiving, or are practicing fertility awareness methods, Tempdrop is tailored to you.  You wear the device at night and it tracks your sleeping temperature allowing you to identify ovulation at home.  No need to record temps upon waking while using this.

At your next appointment we will review these materials and review your charting information, supplements, dietary information, any concerns as well as what is next.
